Refund policy

Returns & Store Credit

At Island Pets, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request either a full refund or store credit, provided we are notified within 7 days of delivery/collection. 

For a full refund, the item must be returned undamaged and meet our return eligibility requirements. Island Pets reserves the right to inspect and review the product to determine its eligibility for return.

If approved, full refunds will be issued in Barbados dollars (BBD) cash. Alternatively, customers may choose store credit for the full purchase amount, which will be applied to a discount card for use toward a future purchase.

Customers are responsible for bringing the item back to Island Pets. Once the return has been received and approved, refunds or store credit will be processed within 5 business days.
