Refund policy

In the event of you being unsatisfied with your purchase, Island Pets offers full returns on products once notified within 7 days of purchase. The return process is started by reaching out to one of our customer service representatives who will then provide you with a short survey to fill out to gather more details on your purchase.

Island Pets will be responsible for the cost of shipping a return to our headquarters in Barbados. Returns usually take two (2) days to process and customers can expect to see a full refund within 5 business days.
